Elevator Problems

It is VERY important that we report elevator problems correctly, or we risk angering patrons who are stuck in elevators for a prolonged period of time.

Elevator problems should be reported to BOTH Security and Facilities.

Also, we've had a number of problems with the elevators in Moffitt and we need to keep a history of each issue.

Effective immediately, email the Facilities listserv at ldofac@lists.berkeley.edu to report elevator problems, in addition to calling both Security and Facilities.
