Credits for Failed Print Jobs

Credits are handled by the Copy Center in Moffitt Library. Students must complete a Credit Request form, available at Moffitt Copy Center.

The Library credits the patron's account for failed print/scan jobs. The credits can only be used for scanning and printing. Credits will be provided after verification.

The Copy Center will also refill printers that are out of paper.
