Break Rotations & Downloadable DAR files

Now that we have more desks it can be hard to remember the order of break rotations! Here is the excerpt from the DAR so everyone can look at it easily. The break rotation only happens for shifts that are 3 hours long or longer. For other times that breaks are assigned, the extra relieves whoever has a break scheduled and then both return to their originally assigned desks.

[EXTRA] takes 15 min break, then relieves [DOE N]

[DOE N] takes 15 min break then relieves [MOFFITT 3]

[MOFFITT 3] takes 15 min break then relieves [MAIN]

[MAIN] takes 15 min break then relieves [MOFFITT 4]

(If Circulation is covering the desk, skip Moffitt 4th floor)

[MOFFITT 4] takes 15 min break then relieves [WORKLEADER] for 15 min break.
