Help each other out, Help yourself in the long run!

This time of year, the crisis times for all students, the Libraries that serve them and the supervisors who staff them, we ask for a bit more than the average base expectations from each of you.

We hope that you will look outside your personal academic and social needs and lend a hand to your fellow coworkers who may need shifts filled. Especially the hard to fill 24hr 2:30-7:30am shifts currently open.

Also worth noting, those of you who have not worked your minimum average 9hrs/week expected, now have the opportunity with the shifts posted at right to make up this missing time AND help your coworkers.   Please note that the teamwork section of your employee evaluation is largely dependent on how you step up and lend a hand when staffing is short.

Best way for me to remember any of you looking for future recommendations is as "the person who really made an effort to help" when the cards were down, and not as the person who just did for self.

If you can assist in covering any of the open shifts, please advise the Info Desk Supe directly via email; and those of you who advised interest in working this summer, please note the solicitation for hours will be going out tomorrow.
