Do NOT checkout the 40 DOE - Newspaper & Microforms Room Key - on weekends

I have been advised by security that some Newspaper Microforms (NEWS) student library employees have been trying (sometimes successfully) to check out the NEWS key (40 Doe) on weekends (when NEWS is officially closed) to hang out in the space.

This is obviously NOT okay, and we can help intervene, by very simply making sure we are NOT checking out the NEWS key (40 Doe) EVER on the weekends.

If someone insists they are intended to be in there, have them call their supervisor (either Rebecca Darby-Williams or Lars Johnson) and ask that this supervisor affirm they should have access during closed hours.
