We have been entrusted with another Doe internal library key for Doe South to check out to student library employees (SLEs) of South/Southeast Asia (SSEAS) library.
SSEAS SLEs will use the key to open and close their collection when they begin weekend hours and open earlier on weekdays.
The workflow process is no different than any of the other keys we check out, SLEs will still have to check out the keys using their Cal1 card (just like Art History or room 40) and must be on our authorization list. This is however one more key we need accounted for at every equipment check each shift, so please be on the lookout for this key.
