At each of the desks, we have a red phone sheet that is specific to flooding/water damage in our collection of books and print materials. The preservation department needs to be notified immediately, as this is an all-hands-on-deck situation for career staff in which books will need to be salvaged. If you become aware that there is flooding in the stacks, follow the instructions on the form.

Water Damage to the Collection
At each of the desks, we have a red phone sheet that is specific to flooding/water damage in our collection of books and print materials.
