Art for your Apartment

The Library's Graphic Arts Loan Collection (GALC) is a collection of framed art prints that UCB students, staff, and faculty can borrow.  They are loaned up to 2 pieces for the school year.  The idea is you take it home and hang it on your wall.

The collection was created, and money seeded to buy the initial prints, predicated on the idea that living with art was the best way to learn to love it. Here is a link to the art catalog. Patrons need to request which piece they want through the website before they pick it up. If they need assistance, the staff member at Morrison Library can help them.

It is a unique resource for UCB students, faculty, and staff. You are encouraged to share this information as appropriate, and come see what it's all about.
