Custodial Service Requests

Someone dropped their coffee in your lobby whilst trying to sneak it into the Library?

Patrons tell you someone got sick in the hallway?

Toilet is overflowing in the bathroom?

Paper products are nonexistent?





Sounds like you should be calling for help from the Facilities Manager at RADIO 50.

If he is unavailable for any reason, please contact SECURITY for custodial requests.  They will dispatch custodial services to ensure it is cleaned up promptly.  This should also mitigate redundant calls made to the custodians.

Call security only if the Facilities Manager is not available.

If you get anything besides an affirmative "yes, we are on it", like voicemail or another student who is not on board with the plan, default to the known custodial numbers (see the phone sheet), and file a request directly.

Don't just leave the mess to fester please...
