UC Berkeley now has a wifi option for those who do not have a calnet login! This open wifi network is called CalVisitor, it is free and a password is NOT needed to access it. CalVisitor allows patrons to access the internet but NOT the library electronic resources on the UCB campus. Visitors looking to access the electronic resources will need to use local public computers in the library for this purpose.
Eduroam is another new wifi option for visitors to UCB, allowing patrons visiting from other institutions participating in this program to access wifi and electronic resources from their own devices on campus. Eduroam requires a password and login from visitor’s own home institution to utilize the UCB Eduroam network.

There is also a wireless printing option now available. It is available at all campus libraries and can be used by UC Berkeley affiliated patrons and visitors who do not have a calnet login. More information on this printing option and detailed instructions are available here.
