UT AUSTIN students, staff and faculty

University of Texas, Austin folks almost never come to campus, but like Stanford, are allowed in the stacks, provided they are in possession of an RLCP* card like the one to the left.   

The RLCP card is represented on the acceptable cards sign at the Moffitt infodesk. Let them in to MOFFITT!



At one point in history we shared a chancellor with UT Austin, and since that time have a standing reciprocity with UT Austin and Stanford.  Due to geographic distance, we almost never have UT Austin people come to campus, but they exceptional, but eligible.

If UT Austin visitors would like to enter Moffitt or borrow books, refer them to the Privileges Desk, so they are entered into the borrower database and are issued a card like the RLCP one above.

The UT Austin ID card is not enough to enter Moffitt. They need to go to the Privileges Desk to trade up to the RLCP card.

*   RLCP (Research Library Cooperative Program)
