LBNL - Lawrence Berkeley Labs Employees - ALLOWED IN THE STACKS WITH BADGE

At left, you will find an example of an LBNL or Lawrence Berkeley National Lab ID card.

LBNL Badges are not allowed through the Moffitt entrances, but can gain entry to the Stacks via the Doe portal.

If you notice problems we haven’t anticipated, please call the Info Desk Supe.

    Are Mathematics Science Research Institute card holders allowed too? Someone approached me with this card and said he normally had no problem getting in with it, but I've never seen it before.

    Great Question!

    NO, MSRI and ICSI badges are NOT sufficient for access into the collection. They are eligible to establish a borrowing card (yellow stripey one) at the PRIVILEGES DESK, please refer them up to Privileges if they try to enter with ICSI/MSRI badge.

    LBNL is still all good...
