Once they have been approved by Privileges Staff, the patron can print out a paper copy of the day pass that serves the same function as a blue day pass obtained by the Privileges Desk.
When a patron comes to the library with this pass, they must enter through the Doe portal (not Moffitt) to gain access to Main Stacks, just like our other patrons who use blue day passes. At the Doe portal, the Circulation will check the pass against their photo ID, collect the day pass to be held there for the day, and allow entry.

If the patron leave and collects the day pass from the Doe Entrance can they still use the pass for the day (assuming they enter again from Doe entrance)
