There is now a lockbox in Doe 303 that houses the AV cords, adapters and remote controls for the room. The additional key to access this box is attached to the Doe 303 key at the Doe South entrance. The lockbox is located in the shelves on the right side of the room in the front near the monitor.
Circulation also has a copy of the Doe 303 key that is available for checkout to Library Staff (a back up to our key), but it does not include a key to the AV lockbox.
If Library Staff are are planning to use the AV equipment in Doe 303, they should make sure to check out the key at the Doe South desk.
