Here is the new official policy about claiming desks:
1) If you are working two back to back shifts, you may call the workleader 30 minutes before the second shift to claim a spot.
2) If you are arriving for a shift, you will be able to claim a desk 15 minutes prior to the shift IN PERSON. At this time you can clock in and head over to relieve the last person.
Workleaders will be expected to enforce this rule and send folks away if they arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the shift.
